The condo felt like home away from home. Communication was perfect, responsive, and proactive. The temperature upon arrival was perfectly set. The view is pristine from sunrise to sunset. Good amount of family area space with seating and outdoor terrace space. No noise from neighboring units. Walkable to a variety of restaurants and two beaches. Spa and restaurant on premises is very convenient. Staff at the residence is always friendly and welcoming. They remember us coming every year by our names. A great plus to have a stocked kitchen and use of laundry. All you need to cook is there. All cookware and utensils are in great condition and there is an ample amount for our group of 7.

The condo was just as pictured!!! Beautiful!! Will definitely stay again if available for our next trip to Charlotte! Walking distance is a scam….. it’s better than walking distance! We loved it!!!! 100/10 RECOMMEND!!

We were amazed at how lovely the condo and the location were. Our family of 6 had everything we could need. Jennifer was very quick to respond to questions we had. The condo was very clean. A great experience!

Could not recommend Jennifer or her space more highly! Comfortable, private, easy to access, and you could tell she really put herself in the shoes of a guest when considering what they might need and preparing the space with that in mind.
Communication was extremely friendly, proactive and responsive in answering the few questions we did have.
Will definitely be my go‑to spot anytime I'm in Charlotte!

Jennifer's place is gorgeous! She was very good at sending helpful advice in regards to EVERYTHING including the link to get your ED card in order to enter Aruba! She gave the most helpful advice of any AirBnB/VRBO host I have had to date:). The only helpful advice I would have to guests of her place is that if you are not a strong swimmer and would like to snorkel then take the flotation devices from the condo with you! I live on the ocean in New England and with the wind in Aruba the rip currents/surge is hard to handle if you're not used to it. The view from the deck, and the ability to do nothing if that is the plan was fantastic. We truly enjoyed ourselves and if we should ever have the opportunity to visit again we will attempt to stay at Jennifer's place. Thank you for hosting us!!!

Beautiful property perfectly located between both Eagle and Palm beach locations. Easily walkable to either locations as no car/cab necessary. Apartment was spotless and the perfect size for either a family ou multi-couple vacation. Separate bathrooms for all three bedrooms a plus. Jennifer was an excellent host as she was responsive and had great recommendations regarding dining and activities.
Aruba is a beautiful location with the friendliest people. Highly recommend this as a vacation location.

Jennifer is a top host that is answering any questions quickly! The apartment is minutes away from the freeway and easy access to airport. Very quiet and cozy!
I stayed 2 weeks while looking for an apartment in Charlotte, even if I picked a different area to live, it was a great experience.

Where do I start… my stay was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect and the views were incredible. Everything was spotless when I arrived. Host Jennifer was fantastic she responded quickly to every message and made everything so easy.
I also lost my headphones during my stay and reached out to Jennifer. She connected me with Jonothan, and I could not believe how kind and helpful he was. He reimbursed me for my headphones and even met me at the airport to make sure everything was handled properly. Truly above and beyond!
I cannot wait to visit again. This is the perfect place to stay! Highly recommend.

The condo is beautiful and the view is spectacular. Walkable to beach, and driving and parking at Eagle Beach was easy. We had everything we needed except an umbrella, which we rented. This was our second stay here and next year will be our third.
